E' arrivata la seguente da Leupay riguardo al blocco dei trasferimente in USD.
Quello che non è chiaro è se ricevendo USD sull'IBAN in EUR questi gli accreditano (previa conversione) oppure li rimbalzano.

In the event of someone making a transfer to your IBAN in USD in LeuPay after 03/11/2016, the transfer will be declined and the money will not be received in your account. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is caused by a change of our correspondent banks. We are doing everything possible to resume all transfers in USD currency as soon as possible. We will notify you once the matter is resolved. Meanwhile you can convert your balance in USD in some of the other supported currencies in your online account. The rest of the Service is not changed.
